Someone's keen to get back to school.

(Apparently she's organising a sleepover with her best friend!)

  2. Hello and thank you for stopping by the Fairyglade. In answer to your snowy question, despite the rain last night there is still a fair amount on the surrounding hills and in our garden which is very sheltered. I have enjoyed a quick glance at your blog and love your black dress and those handpainted shoes are to die for. A question for you...where do you find all those beautiful beads? Dev x

  5. Oh Kate that's so sweet - those childhood friendships are so special. I still have a best friend from when we met at primary school at the age of 7, and that's a long time ago now! Hope you enjoyed your half-term.

    Beautiful secretaire/dresser by the way!

  11. I've just had a lovely read of your last three posts Kate. Stencils and lino cuts fantastic, going to check out the house link you gave. We went all Charleston inspired in our last house and had a lovely time painting doors and fireplaces.

I had to laugh about your daughter arranging a sleepover. I think they need their own engagements diaries these days.

Sounds like you had a great week.

There's nothing like a comment to stop me feeling like I'm talking to myself. If you leave one here I'll pop one back here too, so don't forget to come back and continue the conversation ..
